Products arrive in approximately 2-5 working days. Delivery times are indicative.

The package appears delivered but I have not received anything, what can I do?
If the package is confirmed as delivered with tracked shipping, the buyer has full responsibility for any theft or loss of the order. The customer is directly responsible if the package is returned to the sender, and in this case it is possible to rearrange the shipment with the consequent additional costs.

All keychains are 100% biodegradable PLA and produced entirely in Italy on demand. We recommend protecting from direct sunlight and not exposing to temperatures above 60° C for prolonged periods.
