Refund policy

Our 14-day return policy states that after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is any damage or if you received the wrong item. This will help us assess the issue and work to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalised products, promotional items and gift vouchers. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
If your goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 working days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
